Before using OVERDESIGN's customization service, please make sure that:
- You have read and agree to the Image Quality & Format Guidelines, ensuring your design can be printed correctly.
- You have read and agree to the Customization Service Terms & Disclaimer, and confirm that:
- Your design does not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property, personal rights, or other rights.
- Your design does not contain any unlawful content (e.g. defamation, insult, obscenity, indecency, hate, or content violating human rights).
- You understand and accept the following conditions of our customization service:
- Right to refuse printing: OVERDESIGN reserves the right to refuse printing and cancel any order whose design does not comply with the conditions above or with our printing requirements.
- Custom product policy: custom products are made specifically for you and cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not exclude manufacturing defects or rights required by applicable law.
- Production approval: your product will be produced according to the final design shown in the preview. OVERDESIGN will not reposition, correct, or remove the background from your submitted artwork.
- Printable area: only the round face of the holder is printed. The outer ring and the two central openings carry no print, and artwork placed over them is trimmed away.
- Print appearance: printed colors may differ slightly from screen colors. Print placement may vary by up to ±2 mm. Such variation is normal and is not considered a defect.
If you violate any of the above, you shall bear full legal responsibility for any resulting liability. Should OVERDESIGN and/or its affiliates face any claim, prosecution, penalty, or compensation demand as a result, OVERDESIGN reserves the right to seek reimbursement from you for all damages and losses.
To uphold our brand vision of "protecting personal style", we generally do not pre-screen designs for illegal or infringing content. However, if we determine a violation has occurred, OVERDESIGN reserves the right to reject or cancel your order.
